1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ap888", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the ap888 platform at ap888.win.
• "Platform" means the ap888 website, all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, and any ancillary services offered at ap888.win.
• "Member" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the ap888 Platform.
• "Services" means all gaming products, betting markets, promotional offerings, and account management tools available through ap888.
• "Account Balance" means the aggregate of real money funds deposited by the Member, net of wagers placed and winnings credited, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus award credited to a Member's account by ap888 that is subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ap888 Platform or registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the ap888 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated by reference and form the complete agreement between you and ap888.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must cease using the ap888 Platform immediately and close your account by contacting ap888 customer support.

ap888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.

3. Eligibility

Use of the ap888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are mandatory and non-negotiable:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services of this nature is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ap888 or any of its affiliate studios, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously been excluded or suspended from the ap888 Platform for any reason, or been subject to a self-exclusion that remains active.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are met. ap888 may request supporting documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension.

4. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the ap888 Platform. The opening of duplicate, multiple, or overlapping accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian contact number (in +60 format), and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly notify ap888 of any changes via the account settings panel or through live support.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ap888 login credentials. ap888 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You agree to notify ap888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ap888 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the Member failed to take reasonable security precautions.

ap888 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any point during an account review. Documents typically requested include a government-issued identification document, proof of address issued within 90 days, and proof of payment method ownership.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. ap888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally supported payment methods including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost Wallet, DuitNow, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank. Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. ap888 does not levy deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. ap888 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the FAQ, subject to completion of KYC verification. ap888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected irregularity, ongoing compliance review, or unresolved bonus wagering requirements.

5.3 Currency. All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in MYR. ap888 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion that may occur at your bank or payment provider's end is outside of ap888's control and responsibility.

5.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ap888 may levy a monthly account maintenance fee on dormant accounts as notified at the time of dormancy designation. ap888 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Member at their registered email address before any fees are applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ap888 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements, and VIP tier benefits from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and take precedence over this general section in the event of conflict.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Members and are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") that must be satisfied before any portion of Bonus Funds or related winnings may be withdrawn.
• A Member may not hold multiple active welcome bonuses simultaneously. Only one welcome bonus is available per household, device, and IP address.
• ap888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively disadvantage Members who have already accepted and are actively fulfilling the wagering requirements of a claimed bonus.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, use of low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to satisfy rollover requirements, or collusion between Members — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and related winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
• ap888 VIP program benefits, including rebates and tier-specific limits, are calculated based on verified real-money turnover and are subject to the VIP program terms published on the Platform.

7. Game Rules and Conduct

All games available on the ap888 Platform — including live casino titles, sportsbook markets, and slot games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or market. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game outcome and the game server record, the server record shall prevail.

ap888's live casino content is supplied by third-party certified studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. These studios operate under their own licensing frameworks and game rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. All games are independently audited for RNG fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Member. ap888 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or any circumstances that compromise the integrity of the market.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ap888 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties in any game or betting market.
• Any act constituting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any transaction derived from criminal activity. ap888 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reports suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Providing false registration information, assuming the identity of another person, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited, or using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other Members.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ap888 Platform — including but not limited to the ap888 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphical elements, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ap888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of ap888.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ap888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if ap888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ap888's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their ap888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ap888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free from error. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. ap888 will not be liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or events outside ap888's reasonable control.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

ap888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account without prior notice where there is reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• The Member has provided false or misleading registration information.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction applicable to the Member has been identified.
• ap888 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than confirmed fraud or criminal activity, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

12. Responsible Gaming

ap888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Members, in accordance with international gaming authority standards. The Platform is designed for adult entertainment only and is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above.

ap888 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from account settings without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that activate immediately upon setting.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you of elapsed session duration.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the account cannot be accessed for gaming purposes.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation in the first instance.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation may be referred to ap888's customer dispute resolution process. ap888 will use its best efforts to resolve all disputes within 28 calendar days of a formal written complaint being received. 15. Amendments to These Terms

ap888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ap888 will provide not less than seven (7) days' prior notice by email to the registered address on file and/or by prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the ap888 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date. Closing your account under these circumstances will not result in forfeiture of any verified real-money balance.
